How to make cumin water?

  • Molasses – 4 tablespoons
  • Sugar – 4 tablespoons
  • Water – 2 cups
  • Lemon juice – 4 teaspoons

  • Fried cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Beet salt – 1/4 teaspoon

 

Preparation:

1. Take a small saucepan. Now heat it with 1 cup water, molasses and sugar. Stir over low heat until the sugar is melted and make the syrup.

2. Stir in tamarind juice, syrup and remaining water in a large bowl or jug.

3. Now add cumin powder and bit of salt in the water. Wait 10 minutes for all the ingredients to blend.

4. Serve with ice at the end of it all.
